14-Day Free Trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until your trial period ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with BUILD AIOPS within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us at jack@buildaiops.com and we'll provide a full refund, no questions asked.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you'll continue to have access to your plan until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
